Not every drip needs a reason as dramatic as a hangover or food poisoning. Sometimes you are just running low on fluids: a full day in the sun, a long-haul flight, back to back dive trips, or a hard gym session in the heat. Rehydration is the baseline drip we send for exactly that.
Why Phuket dehydrates you faster than you expect
Heat and humidity pull fluid out of you through sweat long before you feel thirsty. Add air conditioning, alcohol, long flights or a day on a boat, and your body can be short on both water and electrolytes without any single dramatic trigger. The result is a familiar low grade feeling: headache, tiredness, a bit of dizziness when you stand up, and skin that feels tight from sun exposure.
What is actually in the drip
The Rehydration drip is fluids and electrolytes only, with no added vitamins. It is the plain, no frills option, and that is the point. If you want something for a hangover or an immune boost, we have specific drips for that. Rehydration exists for people who just need water and salts back in their system, fast and in the right balance.
Signs you would benefit from one
- Headache or light dizziness after a day outdoors
- Dark urine or reduced urination
- Fatigue that does not improve after a nap
- Muscle cramping after training or a long hike
- Feeling rough after a flight, especially a long one
What a session looks like
Message us on WhatsApp with where you are staying and how you feel. A registered nurse comes to your hotel, villa or home with everything needed. The drip takes about 45 minutes and starts from 2,500 THB. There is nothing to prepare beforehand, just a chair or bed to sit back in.
Rehydration or something else?
If you are also nauseous after a night out, the Hangover drip adds medication for that on top of rehydration. If your stomach is properly unsettled, Food Poisoning is the better match. If it is fatigue and run down immunity rather than pure dehydration, look at Energy and Immunity instead. Not sure which fits? Tell us your symptoms on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right one.
